MEET OUR RESIDENTS
Dr. Gabriel Mullin
Family Practice Resident Year 1
Dr. Mullin grew up on the Saanich Peninsula and attended the University of Victoria completing an undergraduate degree in Microbiology. He then went on to complete his Paramedic training in Prince George. He has spent the last 5 years studying medicine and working as a junior doctor in Australia, having completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland in Brisbane. He is excited to be working and living back home and in his free time enjoys being active by skiing, fishing, cycling, and hiking.
Dr. Mitchell Segal
Family Practice Resident Year 1
Dr. Segal was born in Saskatchewan, but grew up mostly in Kelowna, BC. He studied biology and psychology in his undergraduate degree at UBC Okanagan. He also completed a master’s degree in aerospace physiology in England. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Toronto, and is currently in the Victoria Family Medicine Residency Program. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and a variety of outdoor activities including running, biking, and golfing. He is passionate about the health and well-being of those in his community, and is excited to call Victoria his new home.
