 Dr. Paul Conyette practiced in Manitoba and was a medical director for a public health lab while also providing manual osteopathic services before relocating to Vancouver Island for a great job at a local hospital specializing in immunohematology. Dr. Paul also provides specialty services using stem cell therapy at his Arizona clinic. He also loves the physical demands of osteopathic manual therapy and teaches Taekwondo part time. Dr. Paul loves walking his dogs along with his wife Audrey in the beautiful pristine parks and trails of Vancouver Island. 

1. Holistic and Integrative Assessment: Comprehensive evaluations of patients' health, including medical history and physical examinations.

 

2. Manual Therapy: Techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and craniosacral therapy to relieve pain and improve function.

 

3. Pain Management: Treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions, including back pain, neck pain, and headaches.

 

4. Posture Correction: Assessment and correction of posture to prevent musculoskeletal issues and improve overall body alignment.

6. Stress Reduction Techniques: Methods to help manage stress, including relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.

 

7. Lifestyle Counseling: Guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes to promote overall health after evaluating recent lab results and possibly introducing other specialty tests, like food sensitivity testing, and genetic testing. 

 

8. Sleep Improvement Strategies: Advice and techniques to enhance sleep quality and address sleep disorders.

 

9. Injury Prevention: Educating patients on strategies to prevent injuries in both daily activities and athletic pursuits.
